Alta Vista Cancellation Policy

  • $100 deposit required at time of booking
  • Cancellation’s within 1 week of arrival date: ALTA VISTA will keep deposit fund
  • Cancellation’s prior to 1 week of arrival date: ALTA VISTA will re-fund 100% of the deposit

We’ve made things easy with self check-in / check-out so you can get straight into relaxing and enjoying your stay!

  • Check-in: From 2pm
  • Check-out: Before 11am
